We focus on denials so you can focus on patients.

Our Mission

In today's healthcare landscape, insurance denials have become a crushing burden. Medical teams are drowning in paperwork instead of focusing on patient care, while billions in legitimate claims go unpaid. As denial rates surge and administrative complexity grows, hospitals are hemorrhaging revenue they've rightfully earned.

We founded Cofactor™ because we saw a critical problem being ignored: hospitals and healthcare providers spending countless hours fighting denials with outdated tools and manual processes. We believe healthcare providers deserve better than to lose revenue simply because they lack the resources to appeal every denial effectively.
