Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: September 24, 2026
Our Commitment
Cofactor AI, Inc. (“Cofactor AI”, “we”, or “us”) is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We build technology for the people who keep healthcare running, and we want the information on cofactorai.com to be available to every visitor regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use.
Our Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities. We treat WCAG 2.2 AA as our target for new pages and features and as the benchmark we use when reviewing existing content.
What We Do
To work toward this standard, we:
- Use semantic HTML and a logical heading structure so pages can be navigated with screen readers and other assistive technologies;
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and hide purely decorative images from assistive technology;
- Design with sufficient color contrast and avoid using color as the only way to convey information;
- Support keyboard navigation for menus, links, forms, and other interactive elements, with visible focus states;
- Respect reduced motion settings in the operating system where our animations allow it;
- Label form fields clearly and provide descriptive error messages; and
- Review accessibility as part of our design and development process when we build or update pages.
Compatibility
Our website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice control software. Older browsers and assistive technologies may not support every feature of the site.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully meet our standard. Areas we are actively working on include:
- Interactive product demonstrations and animated graphics, which may not be fully described for screen reader users;
- Video content that may not yet include captions or transcripts
- Content provided by third parties, such as embedded scheduling tools, forms, maps, or social media, which we do not control and which may not meet our accessibility standard.
If any of these limitations prevent you from accessing information you need, please contact us and we will provide the information in another format.
Our Products
This statement applies to the Cofactor AI marketing website. Accessibility of the Cofactor AI platform and related software used by our customers is addressed with each customer as part of implementation. Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, need content in an alternative format, or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know. When contacting us, it helps to include the web address of the page, a description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you were using.
